Long queues to welcome rapper Jack Harlow at a local record store

Guestroom Records hosted an in-store appearance to kick off the release of Harlow's new album, "Come Home the Kids Miss You".

"We are pleased to be presenting this event with Jack at one of the most exciting moments in Louisville," stated store owner Travis Searle.

We have Harlow fans in Canada, New York, South Carolina as well as right here in the city who are looking forward to meeting Jack. It's going to be fun."

Harlow's loyalists began showing up outside the record store on Saturday afternoon. Spectrum News 1 reporter Mason Brighton met a trio

Those who said that they started their wait at 2 pm. Saturday. Harlow's tour didn't start until 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Prior to Sunday's visit, fans were encouraged to purchase the new limited edition CD on the store's website. The album was sold out online as of Sunday.

Harlow's stay in Louisville appears to be brief

He'll be in stores in New York City on Monday, Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday, and Hollywood, California on Thursday.

Harlow's schedule is then booked with concerts and festival performances.
