Here's the first look at Margot Robbie as Barbie

Despite the fact that there is very little information available, Greta Gerwig's upcoming Barbie film, starring Margot Robbie as the eponymous doll, has quickly become one of Hollywood's most anticipated blockbusters.

Warner Bros. has now released a first look at the film and set a July 21, 2023 theatrical release date.

The promotional image, which was unveiled at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, shows Robbie in Barbie's classic pink convertible, wearing a lovely retro style with a polka dot headpiece and color-coordinated striped halter top.

(The doll series was first introduced in 1959.) For the time being, Ryan Gosling's appearance as Ken is being kept under wraps.

The rest of the Barbie cast, which is currently filming in London, comprises of pretty much every actor who hasn't been hired for Oppenheimer.

Issa Rae (Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse), Michael Cera (The Lego Batman Movie), and Simu Liu are among the cast members (Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings),

Rhea Perlman (Marvelous And The Black Hole), America Ferrara (Superstore), Sharon Rooney (My Mad Fat Diary), Hari Nef (Marvelous And The Black Hole) (And Just Like That...),

Will Ferrell and Jamie Demetriou (The Afterparty) (Eurovision Song Contest: The Story Of Fire Saga).
